Some mornings, the mountain sends you a messenger. A lone nyala threads a fog-draped ridge in the Ethiopian highlands, its spiral horns rising like something carved rather than grown. The sequence follows one animal's quiet passage — approaching head-on, pacing in profile against layered peaks, pausing over a cloud-filled valley, then joining a second nyala to graze at the summit — six moments of the same restless walk through rock, grass, and drifting mist.
