License Terms

These License Terms govern your use of any digital file, print, or license purchased from the Ali Ghazizadeh store (the “Store”, “we”, “us”). By purchasing, you agree to the terms below.

1. Standard Personal License

A Standard Personal License is included with all standard digital downloads and prints. It allows personal display only — for example, as wallpaper on your own devices or as artwork in your home.

• Resale or redistribution of the file is prohibited.
• Use of the artwork to train AI or machine-learning models is strictly prohibited.
• Commercial use of any kind requires a Commercial License (below).

2. Non-Exclusive Commercial License

Permits commercial use — including album art, book covers, and web banners — while the artwork remains available for sale to others. You may not resell or redistribute the source file itself, and you may not sub-license it.

3. Exclusive Commercial License

Transfers sole rights in the work to you. Upon purchase we deliver the master uncompressed PNG/TIFF file and a signed PDF copyright-transfer document, and the piece is immediately removed from public Store inventory.

4. Content Protection

• Website previews are shown at low resolution and watermarked.
• Purchased downloads are delivered via secure links that expire.
• We issue DMCA takedown notices against unauthorized resellers and pursue available remedies for infringement.

5. Ownership

Except where an Exclusive Commercial License has been purchased, Ali Ghazizadeh retains all copyright and ownership of the artwork. Purchasing a product grants a license under these terms and does not transfer copyright.

6. Refunds

Because digital goods are delivered instantly, digital and license sales are final. Physical prints may be replaced if they arrive damaged or defective — contact support within 30 days with photos.
