Some secrets are safer with a monkey than with a pair of eyes this big. A young Barbary macaque gets caught mid-excavation, finger buried knuckle-deep in its own nose, wide-eyed at first and then grinning like it just struck gold. Watching from the dark, a tarsier's enormous eyes take in the whole performance — until, satisfied it's seen enough, it slowly closes one eye in a knowing wink.
