Some toddlers won't stay buckled in — this one won't stay pouched. A tree kangaroo joey wages a quiet campaign against its mother's pouch, high in the rainforest canopy. First it pokes its face out for a look around, then flips itself upside down so only two small feet dangle free, and finally vanishes again with just a pair of paws poking out to wave. The mother looks on with the patient exasperation only a parent knows.
